The Missing Piece?

A tip on thank you letters…thank you letters (or cards) should be sent within 48 hours after you’ve had an interview. Companies will often make candidate selections based on who uses this follow-up technique. It indicates diligence, gratitude and serious consideration of the company and of those who took the time to interview you.

Not only that, it serves as one last imprint, to remind them of who you are and how you can benefit them. It does not matter if they ever reply or notify you of their decision. This is you, doing your part out of respect for the process. It could just be the missing piece to a successful job search!
